Please join the JCRC and NAACP as we honor the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Civil Rights Movement by exploring stereotypes and the relationships between the black and Jewish communities through comedy with the performance of the Black Jew Dialgoues. The Black Jew Dialogues is a hilarious two-actor multi-media rom of sketches, theatre, and video that reveals the absurdity of prejudice and hate within the context of the American Black-Jew experience, writeen and performed by Larry Jay Tish and Ron Jones. This year we will also be honoring Roscoe Nix and Rabbi Jack Luxemburg with the NAACP/JCRC King-Heschel Award for outstanding community service, civil rights advocacy, and community building.
