A vote for Question 4, or the Dream Act, offers undocumented immigrants who do well in high school the ability to work their way up through the Maryland university system while paying pay in-state tuition. It's a step toward making this country a land of opportunity for hard-working immigrants like our forebears. A vote for Question 6 would allow gay and lesbian couples to marry in Maryland.
