At Yom Kippur in 2015, Rabbi Daniel Burg, a JUFJ Baltimore Advisory Board Member, delivered a moving sermon at Beth Am Synagogue. Uniting Rabbi Hillel's famous question, "If not now, when?" with Rev. Martin Luther King Jr's "fierce urgency of now," Rabbi Burg called on each of us to commit to fighting - now - for racial justice.
