JUFJ was proud to endorse Initiative 82, which eliminated the subminimum wage for waiters, bartenders, parking lot attendants, nail salon technicians, and others who rely on tips. But now, restaurant owners are trying to undermine the initiative with confusing junk fees to increase their own profits at the expense of workers’ tips.
