Baltimore voters need your help.

The Baltimore City House Delegation is deciding on Monday who will be its chair for the 2019 legislative session, but almost a third of the people deciding won’t be in office in 2019!

This lame-duck Delegation should not select the chair for the Delegates we vote into office who haven’t even taken their seats yet.

The Delegation chair will have power over whether Baltimore legislators can speak on behalf of key social justice issues in our city. It is unfair to both the incoming Delegates and the voters who put them there to vote now, before the newly elected Delegates are sworn in.

Click here to find your Delegates’ phone numbers, and call them to urge them to postpone this vote until the Delegates we elect in November take office.
